Sammy, the owner of Sabatiello's in Stamford, CT, is more than $1 million in debt when he calls upon Chef Gordon Ramsay for help. Sammy needs Gordon's help getting customers in his restaurant and money back in his pocket. Two major obstacles are Sammy's hot temper and the restaurant's lack of customer service. When Gordon starts criticizing the food � especially Sammy's mother's lasagna recipe � and the kitchen staff starts turning against him, Sammy's temper flares and he shuts the restaurant down himself!
