THE WORLD OF GYMNASTICS NEVER SEEMED SO DARK, IN AN ALL NEW EPISODE OF "MAKE IT OR BREAK IT," TUESDAY, AUGUST 24TH ON ABC FAMILY AT 9:00 PM ET/PT

Burbank, CA (August 12, 2010) - As the World Trials grow near, gymnastics is the least of concerns for the girls and parents of The Rock, in "If Only...," an all-new episode of ABC Family's original series "Make It or Break It" premiering Tuesday, August 24th (9:00 - 10:00 PM ET/PT).

Payson and Emily each made rash decisions - one fueled by teen hormones and the other by desperation - and in the morning both girls must face what they've done. Can the two put the embarrassment behind them and focus on their gymnastics, or did one of them finally cross a line that she can't come back from?

Meanwhile, as Kaylie tries harder to hide her condition, more people start to take notice.
