TEDDY SUITS UP AND GETS PESTY IN A NEW EPISODE OF "GOOD LUCK CHARLIE," SUNDAY, AUGUST 21 ON DISNEY CHANNEL

"Termite Queen" - Teddy agrees to go with Bob to the big Exterminator Convention in hopes she can make him happy enough to help her buy a new car. Little does she know his plans include dressing up as a huge termite for his presentation so he can beat his lifelong rival, Murray. Meanwhile, PJ's friend Gravy moves to town and crashes with the Duncan�s, driving Amy crazy with all his quirky habits. Also, Gabe and Jake use Jake's new camera to create a monster movie with Charlie as their star, in a new episode of "Good Luck Charlie," premiering SUNDAY, AUGUST 21(8:00-8:30 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

"Good Luck Charlie" stars Bridgit Mendler as Teddy, Jason Dolley as PJ, Bradley Steven Perry as Gabe, Leigh-Allyn Baker as Amy, Eric Allan Kramer as Bob, and newcomer Mia Talerico as Charlie.

Tucker Albrizzi ("I Am Number Four") and Andrew Caldwell ("Transformers") reprise their roles as Jake and Gravy and Carlos Lacamara ("Desperate Housewives") guest stars as Murray.

"Termite Queen" was written Dan Staley and directed by Bob Koherr.

"Good Luck Charlie" carries a TV-G parental guideline.
