Modern-day treasure hunters Leigh and Leslie Keno visit the Cline family, headed by and ex-New York cop who inherited a crumbling Ashland, NY estate from his art dealer brother which could be filled with untold riches or a houseful of fakes. Later, the brothers visit the Lowe family from Cleveland, OH whose house has been picked over by past treasure-hunters and are hoping that something was missed and left behind in order to get enough money to pay for college tuition.
