Burbank, CA (August 26, 2011) - As Ricky prepares to propose at graduation, he discovers Amy has other plans for that day, while Adrian falls for the wrong guy, leaving her to want Ricky even more, on "The Secret Life of the American Teenager," premiering on Monday, August 29 (8:00 - 9:00 PM ET/PT).

In the one-hour episode, "Pomp," Amy begs Ricky to go to a party on graduation night, not knowing he has other plans in mind for the two of them. As Ricky�s end of high school draws near, he�s faced with a big responsibility - class valedictorian -- but will he accept the honor? Meanwhile, Adrian�s relationship heats up with a former flame�s brother, but she still has her eye on Ricky and won�t give up on him so easily.
