**EPISODE CHANGE** SEASON FINALE

LOVE IS BLIND... SO WHY SHOULDN'T DATING BE, AS COUPLES GET READY TO GO HEAD OVER HEELS ON THE SEASON FINALE OF ABC'S "WIPEOUT"

"Blind Date 2.0: This Could Get Ugly" -"Wipeout brings new meaning to the phrase 'love hurts,'" says host John Henson. Twelve couples will meet for the first time for a chance to win double the usual prize money and take home a $100,000 jackpot, giving them all the reasons why they should make this their best blind date ever on an obstacle course built for making love connections. Love conquers all, but couples will first have to conquer the qualifier, as they take a wild ride on the Love Train, followed by heavy flirting with disaster on the billowing Big Balls. The love matches will then take a lovers' leap over to the romantic Wipeout Italian Kitchen, where the face-plant parmigiana and flattening cannolis are guaranteed to dish out affection. Only the most perfect couples will move on to the Wipeout Zone, where they will fall hard, in the name of love, but only one duo will be crowned champions. Hosted by John Anderson (ESPN's "SportsCenter"), John Henson (E! Entertainment's "Talk Soup") and co-hosted by Jill Wagner, the Season Finale of "Wipeout" airs THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 15 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Note: This episode replaces "Does This Avatar Make Me Look Fat" (which moves to Sept. 13) and "Grey's Anatomy: I Will Survive."

Each week, 24 new exciting contestants of all ages, shapes and sizes go head to head through four rounds of demanding but hilarious obstacle courses to win the title of "Wipeout Champion" and the $50,000 grand prize. In the end, only one contestant will win, while everyone else will Wipeout!

"Wipeout" executive producers are Matt Kunitz and Scott Larsen. Shye Sutherland, Kevin Wehrenberg, Trice Barto and J. Rupert Thompson are co-executive producers. The series is produced by Endemol USA. David Goldberg is the chairman of Endemol North America.
