COMEDIAN, WRITER AND RAPPER WUNDERKIND DONALD GLOVER SHOWS OFF HIS SIDE-SPLITTING STAND-UP STYLE WHEN THE WORLD PREMIERE OF "DONALD GLOVER: WEIRDO" DEBUTS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 19 AT 11:00 P.M. ET/PT ON COMEDY CENTRAL(R)

NEW YORK, November 1, 2011 - Donald Glover dispenses excess hysterics in his new one-hour World Premiere Stand-Up Special "Donald Glover: Weirdo," debuting on Saturday, November 19 at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT on COMEDY CENTRAL.

Filmed at the Union Square Theatre in New York City, Glover shares his unique childhood tales about his unrequited love for Cocoa Puffs, his burning desire to voyage to Toys"R"Us and the ins and outs of the N word. Glover utilizes his unique brand of comedic storytelling and a keen youthful narrative to churn out an uncanny amount of guffaws in his first-ever COMEDY CENTRAL one-hour special.

Tina Fey saw Glover perform while he was attending NYU's Tisch School of the Arts through his involvement with the irreverent and innovative DERRICK Comedy troupe. She later offered him a job on her critically acclaimed series, "30 Rock," where he spent three seasons on the writing staff. Glover has also written for COMEDY CENTRAL's "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and "COMEDY CENTRAL Presents." He has appeared on NBC's "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," and COMEDY CENTRAL's "COMEDY CENTRAL Presents," "Live At Gotham" and "The Hot List." He currently stars as Troy, the loveable jock in NBC's hit series, "Community." Glover is a triple threat. In addition to acting and writing, he is also an accomplished musician, rapping under the moniker "Childish Gambino" and recently concluded his sold-out national IAMDONALD Tour and is set to release his debut album "Camp" on November 15 through Glass Note Records.

"Donald Glover: Weirdo" was executive produced by Greg Walter, produced by Michelle Caputo and directed by Shannon Hartman.
