An unimaginable scene unfolded last Friday night when the luxury cruise ship Costa Concordia, carrying more than 4,000 passengers and crew, struck rocks near Giglio off the coast of Tuscany, Italy and began to sink. "20/20" gives viewers the most comprehensive updates - including the latest on the investigation into the captain's abandoning ship and the search for survivors, as well as passenger and crew survivor stories ranging from the hopeful to the tragic. With reports from Chris Cuomo in Italy and Elizabeth Vargas and Deborah Roberts from New York, the hour will also investigate the behind-the-scenes on cruise ships, from on board safety training and medical care to out of control passengers.
