MIKE'S CHECKERED PAST COMES BACK TO HAUNT HIM IN A NEW EPISODE OF "MOTORCITY," THURSDAY, JUNE 28 ON DISNEY XD
"Vendetta" - Kane celebrates Mike's one-year anniversary as a Motorcitizen by sending a swarm of metal-eating robomites to destroy Motorcity. As The Burners try to stop Kane's latest attack, they find themselves sabotaged by a mysterious masked villain with ties to Mike's checkered past with Kane, in a new episode of "Motorcity," THURSDAY, JUNE 28 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney XD.
"Motorcity" features the voice talents of Reid Scott as Mike, Kate Micucci as Julie, Nate Torrence as Chuck, Kel Mitchell as Dutch, Jess Harnell as Texas, and Mark Hamill as Kane.
"Vendetta" was written by John O'Bryan and directed by Chris Prynoski.
"Motorcity" carries a TV-Y7 parental guideline.

DESCRIPTION:
(from Disney XD's press release, April 2012) Disney XD is set to premiere "Motorcity," a turbo-charged animated series set in futuristic Detroit, controlled by an evil billionaire who bans personal freedoms, including automobiles. Now it's up to The Burners, a group of rebels led by 17-year-old Mike Chilton, to customize their fleet of cool hot rods and set out to stop Kane from taking over their last oasis of freedom, a subterranean refuge dubbed Motorcity. The series, created, executive produced and directed by noted animation veteran Chris Prynoski ("Metalocalypse"), premieres MONDAY, APRIL 30 (9:00-9:30 p.m., ET/PT). |
