Eli competes in a slugslinging tournament to prove that he's ready to be Slugterra's greatest slugslinger, but realizes it's going to be a lot more difficult than he thought. Eli and the Shane Gang also encounter the nefarious Dr. Blakk and learn that he's been hurting the slugs by transforming them into evil versions of themselves.
