"Wingspan" - Co-hosts John Brenkus and Leo Howard unveil how Baylor University's 6' 8" tall Brittney Griner's wingspan helps make her one of the best female basketball players of all time.

"Acceleration" - Detroit Lions' running back Jahvid Best showcases his impressive acceleration rate on a high-tech slalom course. John Brenkus sets up an obstacle course to test co-host Leo Howard's speed as well.

"Headers" - The biomechanical elements behind heading a soccer ball are revealed when Omar Gonzalez of the Los Angeles Galaxy heads front and center to analyze this difficult skill.
