"Mo Purses Mo Money Mo Problems" - Debbie is thrilled when a tough-minded businesswoman (guest star Bethenny Frankel as Jill) offers her a chance to revitalize her purse business. Jackie jumps in to help, but her negotiating skills work a little too well, and they're soon in way over their heads trying to produce an impossible number of purses, on "The Neighbors," WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20 (8:30-9:00 p.m. ET) on the ABC Television Network.
