A chase ensues after officers from the Portland Police Bureau attempt to make a traffic stop and the suspect runs on foot to his home. Then, officers from the Kansas City Police department respond to a call from a local convenience store about a man being chased by another man with a knife. Finally, officers from the Portland Police Bureau respond to reports about a man riding his bicycle naked in downtown Portland, and later they discover he was protesting global warming in the "Street Patrol #3" episode of COPS airing Saturday, April 6 (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
