Chef Ramsay heads to Chappy's, a Cajun-style restaurant in the heart of Nashville where he meets owners John (Chappy) and Starr. The couple's original restaurant in Mississippi was destroyed in Hurricane Katrina, forcing them to move. However, since opening in Nashville, Chappy's hasn't found the same loyal customer base they once had.
