Stamford, Conn. - October 23, 2013 - Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers (4-2) travel to Minneapolis, Minn., to take on Adrian Peterson and the Minnesota Vikings (1-5) on NBC's Sunday Night Football. Coverage begins with Football Night In America at 7 p.m. ET on NBC.

The game marks the marks the 106th meeting between the two teams in their series history, and will be the final border battle between the Packers and Vikings played at Mall of America Field. The Packers enter the matchup coming off a home win over the Cleveland Browns last week, which moved Green Bay into first place in the NFC North. The Vikings return home and try to turn their season around.

NBC's Sunday Night Football - primetime television's #1 show - is averaging 22.7 million viewers, marking the best seven-week start for an NFL primetime package in 17 years (24.8 million in 1996 for Monday Night Football) and up 5% from last year (21.6 million average). In addition, Football Night In America is averaging 8.4 million viewers, up 7% from last year (7.8 million average).

Calling Packers-Vikings is seven-time Emmy Award-winner Al Michaels (play-by-play), in his 28th season as the voice of the NFL's premier primetime package; 14-time Emmy Award-winner Cris Collinsworth, who has won the Emmy for Outstanding Event Analyst in each of his four seasons in the Sunday Night Football booth; and Emmy Award-winning sideline reporter Michele Tafoya.

NBC's coverage of Sunday Night Football is led by Emmy Award-winning coordinating producer Fred Gaudelli and Emmy Award-winning director Drew Esocoff. Sunday Night Football has won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Live Sports Series for five consecutive years.

Football Night In America, the most-watched pre-game show in sports, is hosted by 25-time Emmy Award-winner Bob Costas, who will report from Mall of America Field in Minneapolis, Minn. Costas will be joined on-site by Michaels, Collinsworth and two-time Super Bowl winner Hines Ward.

Dan Patrick co-hosts Football Night from NBC's famed Studio 8H at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Patrick will be joined by Super Bowl-winning head coach Tony Dungy, two-time Super Bowl winner Rodney Harrison, Peter King of Sports Illustrated, Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk on NBCSN and NBCSports.com, and longtime NFL front office veteran and former NFL Executive of the Year Scott Pioli. Digitally, Broncos-Colts delivered NBC Sports Live Extra's best stream ever in total uniques (356,403), total visits (382,548) and total minutes (19,588,823) for a non-Super Bowl NFL game.
