COME HANG(OVER) WITH COMEDY CENTRAL(R) AT SXSW ON FRIDAY, MARCH 14!

FESTIVITIES KICK OFF WITH A "KEGS AND EGGS" EVENT FROM 12:00-5:00 P.M. CT FOLLOWED BY "HANNIBAL BURESS LIVE FROM CHICAGO" WORLD PREMIERE SCREENING AND Q&A FROM 8:00-9:10 P.M. CT

NEW YORK, March 10, 2014 - The yolks are on Comedy Central on Friday, March 14 as the brand hosts a "Kegs and Eggs" event (12:00-5:00 p.m. CT at Pelons/508 Tequila Bar at 802 Red River St.) during the annual SXSW Festival in Austin, as well as the killer world premiere of comedian and actor Hannibal Buress' second one-hour stand-up special "Hannibal Buress Live from Chicago." The screening will immediately be followed by a Q&A with Buress, Director Marcus Raboy and Executive Producer Neal Marshall (8:00-9:10 p.m. CT at Alamo Ritz 1 at 320 E6th St.).

Need some hair of the dog or have a hankering for breakfast egg tacos? Comedy Central's "Kegs and Eggs" is the destination. The event will feature activities including: a "Drunk History" dunk tank where fans can get dunked or dunk historical figures Presidents Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt and Richard Nixon; or Mark Twain and Elvis Presley, in beer; snap a pic in the "Workaholics" GIF photo booth; and grab some "Broad City" swag ranging from toilet paper to a laptop. Also, a few lucky guests will be able to skip the line using Twitter and the hashtag #KegsAndEggs. Blowing past people in a massive line and getting instant, awesome access to "Kegs and Eggs?" Forrest MacNeil, life critic from "Review," would give it five stars.

"Hannibal Buress Live From Chicago," Comedy Central's second original one-hour stand-up special with Buress, will exclusively world premiere at SXSW before it debuts on the network on Saturday, March 29 at midnight ET/PT. Following the screening, there will be a Q&A with Buress and Director Marcus Raboy and Executive Producer Neal Marshall. The special was taped at The Vic Theatre in Buress' hometown of Chicago and features more of his signature dry wit and cool delivery. This time around, the Comedy Central and "Broad City" favorite rolls out new material about his own second line parade in New Orleans, fist fights in London, and many memorable late nights on the road.

Buress is a wildly popular comedian, writer and actor who The New York Times praises as having an "irresistible" comedic presence that lands squarely between "cerebral and swagger." In addition to his second hour special, Hannibal is a cast member on the hit Comedy Central series "Broad City" as well as FX's animated show "Chozen." He recently shot a pilot for his own Comedy Central series, and is also the co-host of Adult Swim's "The Eric Andre Show," which will shoot its third season this spring. In 2014, he will also make appearances on the big screen in the feature films "Neighbors," starring Seth Rogen and Zac Efron, and "Flock of Dudes," starring Chris D'Elia, Eric Andre, and Hillary Duff.
