Imagine being an almost 50-year-old married father and successful businessman, but not knowing your birth date, your real name, or even where you are from. That is the case for Paul Fronczak. It all began with a terrifying kidnapping in 1964 - a baby boy named Paul Fronczak was stolen right from his mother's arms in a Chicago hospital. The baby was later found abandoned in New Jersey - and reunited with his family. Paul grew up believing he was that stolen baby. Yet this intriguing case took a shocking turn, making headlines when DNA tests showed that Paul is not actually his parents' biological child.
So who is Paul Fronczak? And what ever happened to the stolen baby the real Paul Fronczak? "20/20" and the ABC News Investigative Team, led by Barbara Walters and Chief Investigative Correspondent Brian Ross, have been following Paul's compelling story for months. ABC cameras follow his journey as he searches to uncover his true biological identity. Since the original report aired in November 2013, many new and surprising leads have been uncovered, including the discovery of a man who says his mother was the kidnapper. Also for the very first time, the man who grew up as Paul Fronczak meets a blood relative. Anchored by Barbara Walters with reporting from Brian Ross, "Stolen at Birth: A 20/20 Investigation" airs on "20/20 Saturday," SATURDAY, MARCH 15 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
