"Episode 1101B" - The action picks up with Britt and Kaitlyn anxiously awaiting the results of the men's vote. Chris Harrison prepares to give good news to one Bachelorette and, sadly, bad news to the other woman. One stunning beauty is left speechless with the exciting announcement that she is, indeed, the Bachelorette, on the conclusion of "The Bachelorette" two-night premiere event, TUESDAY, MAY 19 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Inside the mansion, the men are eagerly anticipating the outcome, so when the woman of the hour appears, there is applause and cheers. But for those who voted for the other Bachelorette, they realize that they may be going home, too!

The Bachelorette continues to spend time getting to know the men better. One honest guy confesses that he voted for the other woman, but is still open and excited to see if they have a connection. And her night gets even better when one nervous suitor tells her how thrilled is he is that she was named the Bachelorette. His endearing honesty earns him the first kiss of the season.

Chris Harrison brings in the coveted first impression rose, and the men ratchet up their pursuit. A motivated entrepreneur shares the importance of his daughter. One man, who made our Bachelorette's heart flutter right out of the limo, gets the first rose and also receives a romantic kiss.

The season's first rose ceremony comes to a halt when one determined man pulls the Bachelorette aside and shares with her a surprising decision. At the end of the evening, 19 men remain to continue on the search for love.
