Meanwhile, to avoid overeating on Thanksgiving, Stewie and Brian decide to go on a cleanse, which Stewie takes one step too far in the all-new "Peter's Sister" episode of FAMILY GUY airing Sunday, Nov. 22 (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
