MONICA MEETS WORLD-RENOWNED MEDIUM JAMES VAN PRAAGH ON AN ALL-NEW EPISODE OF 'MONICA THE MEDIUM,' AIRING MONDAY, MAY 2

James Introduces Monica to Other Local Mediums and Gives Her a Reading

Produced by Dave Caplan's Trooper Entertainment in Association With Lionsgate

Monica meets world-renowned medium James Van Praagh, and he introduces her to local mediums, on an all-new episode of "Monica the Medium," airing MONDAY, MAY 2 at 10/9c.

Monica is struggling to build up her California clientele, so when she discovers that James Van Praagh lives in town, she reaches out to him. They immediately bond and he decides to introduce her to other local mediums. When the group meets, they are able to link up and connect to Spirit. The roles are reversed when James surprises Monica by bringing forth her recently deceased grandmother.

Meanwhile, Monica and Kristen put up flyers at school looking for roommates to share the bills with in their new house. While stopping by the cafeteria to grab lunch, Monica is drawn to a young woman who lost her dad. Monica brings comforting messages to her, including knowledge of the location where the girl is getting married, as provided by the father.

Later Monica and Krista meet Kayla and contemplate letting her move in. Kayla wants to expose the girls to California living, so she takes them surfing, which Monica is less than happy about. But she ends up meeting three sisters who just lost their mother months earlier and it strikes a chord with her since she too has three sisters and is especially close to her mom.

Finally, Monica and Krista interview another potential roommate, Kirsten, who isn't sure how she feels about Monica's "gifts." They invite her and Kayla out to drinks so they can all get to know each other. Will the girls get along and agree to live together?

The show is produced by Dave Caplan's Trooper Entertainment in association with Lionsgate. Caplan serves as executive producer alongside Malachi McGlone.
