Mob Mondays are back with the premiere of "The Making of The Mob: Chicago" on Monday, July 11 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Produced by the Emmy(R) Award-winning, Stephen David Entertainment ("The World Wars," "The Men Who Built America."), the eight-episode docu-drama chronicles the rise and fall of iconic gangster Al Capone, as well as the story of his successors, collectively known as The Chicago Outfit.

On the premiere episode, "Capone's First Kill," Al Capone tries to lead a straight life in order to provide for his family... but he soon realizes that the best way for him to give his family the life that they deserve, is to join forces with gangster Johnny Torrio and enter the violent Chicago underworld.

An all new episode of AMC's "Feed the Beast" airs Tuesday, July 12th at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. In the seventh episode, "Tabula Rasa" - written by Becky Mode and directed by Dennie Gordon - facing a restaurant with no patrons, Dion reluctantly seeks help from his former mentor. This leads Tommy to a startling revelation.

"Feed the Beast," starring David Schwimmer ("American Crime Story," "Band of Brothers," "Friends") and Jim Sturgess (21, Across the Universe, Cloud Atlas), is about two best friends, Tommy Moran (Schwimmer) and Dion Patras (Sturgess), who take one last shot at their dream of opening a restaurant in the Bronx.

The cast also includes Michael Gladis ("Mad Men," "House of Lies"), as Patrick Woichik, aka The Tooth Fairy, the soft spoken, brutally intimidating local mobster with a penchant for pulling teeth; Lorenza Izzo (The Green Inferno, Sex Ed), as Pilar Herrera, a woman who meets Tommy in a grief group, and is desperately searching for true love; Christine Adams (Batman Begins, "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."), as Tommy's late wife Rie Moran, John Doman ("The Wire," "The Affair"), as Tommy's father Aidan Moran, a shrewd and ruthless businessman and unapologetic racist; and Elijah Jacob ("Spot On") as Tommy's ten year old son TJ Moran."Feed the Beast" is produced by AMC Studios and Lionsgate in association with Clyde Phillips Productions. AMC will also air a Ghostbusters marathon in celebration the reboot of the film, which hits theaters Friday, July 15th. Viewers can get ready by watching their favorite team of paranormal experts take on ghosts, ghouls and Marshmallow Men alike in these classic comedies beginning Thursday, July 14th at 6:00 p.m. ET/PT. Ghostbusters at 6:00 p.m. ET/PT

A trio of New York City parapsychologists, Peter Venkman (Bill Murray), Raymond Stantz (Dan Aykyrod) and Egon Spengler (Harold Ramis), open up a paranormal extermination service and are called upon to save humanity from Gozer, a god of destruction who possesses the body of the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. With mankind counting on them, our intrepid trio, along with new member Winston Zeddemore, must find a way to vanquish the demon dessert and save the world. Directed by: Ivan Reitman (1984).

Ghostbusters II at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT

The Ghostbusters are back, this time to protect Earth from Vigo the Carpathian and his river of pink ectoplasm, which feeds off the negativity of man. As New Year's Eve approaches, the day in which Vigo will be able to enter the world in human form, the team must find a way to rally New York's positivity to beat back the invading medieval sorcerer. Directed by: Ivan Reitman (1989).
