Elaine Quijano of CBS News to Moderate

The two major vice presidential candidates - Democratic nominee Tim Kaine and Republican nominee Mike Pence - will meet at Longwood University in Farmville, VA, for the first - and only - vice presidential debate. The debate will be divided into nine time segments of approximately 10 minutes each. The moderator, Elaine Quijano of CBS News, will ask an opening question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. Quijano will use the balance of the time in the segment for a deeper discussion of the topic.
