FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - An all new episode of television's number #1 show, AMC's "The Walking Dead," airs Sunday, October 30th at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. Sunday night's season seven debut was the most-tweeted TV episode of 2016 with fans and critics abuzz. Brandon Davis of Comicbook.com described the episode as "the biggest gamechanger in the series' history - possibly on all of television."
On the second episode, "The Well," we are introduced to a new well-established community headed by Ezekiel (Khary Payton) that seems too good to be true.
The first half of season seven sees the group fractured, broken, bereaved, and picking up the pieces while living under the thumb of oppression. Negan will have successfully brought the survivors under his will, brutally convincing them to live under his rules with a deadly and horrific example of what happens if they don't.
Based on the comic book series written by Robert Kirkman and published by Image Comics, "The Walking Dead" reigns as television's most watched drama for Adults 18-49. "The Walking Dead" tells the story of the months and years that follow after a zombie apocalypse, and follows a group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes, who travel in search of a safe and secure home. The series is executive produced by showrunner Scott M. Gimple, Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, David Alpert, Greg Nicotero and Tom Luse.
Then, viewers can catch a new episode of the live after-show "Talking Dead" hosted by Chris Hardwick with Khary Payton, Ezekiel of "The Walking Dead" joined by Chloe Bennett of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." and comedian and writer, Dana Gould at 10:06 p.m. ET/PT.
Season six of "Comic Book Men" continues Sunday, October 30th at 10:06 p.m. ET/PT. In the second episode, "Mistress of the Stash," horror queen Elvira helps out when the Stash sponsors a blood drive at the shop. The boys banter about the joys of Mystery Science Theater 3000.
In its sixth season, AMC's popular unscripted series "Comic Book Men" takes another dive into world of geekdom by following the antics in and around master fanboy Kevin Smith's New Jersey comic shop, Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash. Leading the team behind the shop's counter are Walt, Bryan, Michael and Ming, who geek out over mind-blowing pop culture artifacts and the legends behind them. Special guests this season include Cassandra Peterson, Elvira, Mistress of the Dark; The Bionic Woman, Lindsay Wagner; and makeup artist extraordinaire Robert Kurtzman. Whether it's buying and selling memorabilia or embarking on wild adventures away from the store, The Stash cast shares all the juicy details with Kevin during their hilarious podcast, which is woven throughout the series.
