WITH AXL FIXATED ON APRIL, THANKSGIVING FINDS FRANKIE TRYING TO VIE FOR HIS ATTENTION AND REARRANGING TIMING FOR THE SPECIAL MEAL SO THAT HE CAN ATTEND, AND SUE GOES BALLISTIC WHEN BRICK BECOMES HER NEW SPUDSY'S CO-WORKER, ON ABC'S 'THE MIDDLE'

"Thanksgiving VIII" - Frankie has come to the conclusion that April is not good enough for Axl and does everything in her power to keep her out of their annual Christmas family photo. But she finds herself vying for Axl's attention by trying to rearrange timing for the family's Thanksgiving dinner when she discovers that he plans to go to April's multiple family get-togethers that day. Meanwhile, Sue goes ballistic when she discovers that Brick will now be her new co-worker at Spudsy's, on "The Middle," TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22 (8:00-8:30 p.m. EST), on the ABC Television Network.

"The Middle" stars Patricia Heaton as Frankie, Neil Flynn as Mike, Charlie McDermott as Axl, Eden Sher as Sue and Atticus Shaffer as Brick.

Guest starring are Greer Grammer as April, Jimmy Bellinger as Edwin, Jen Ray as Nancy Donahue, Beau Wirick as Sean Donahue, Sean O'Bryan as Ron Donahue, Kayla Madison as Shelly Donahue and Laura Ann Kesling as Dotty Donahue.

"Thanksgiving VIII" was written by Ilana Wernick and directed by Elliot Hegarty.

"The Middle" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with a 5.1 channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to the airdate.
