PROM STRUGGLES FOR ANDY AND DORA,
ON ABC'S 'IMAGINARY MARY'
"Prom-Com" - Andy has a hard time finding a prom date while Dora keeps turning down a guy who persistently asks her to go. Since Alice never went to prom, she convinces Dora to go so she does not miss out. Meanwhile, Ben struggles to deal with kids growing up, even trying to scare away Dora's date, on "Imaginary Mary," TUESDAY, APRIL 18 (9:30-10:00 p.m. EDT), on the ABC Television Network.
"Imaginary Mary" stars Jenna Elfman as Alice, Stephen Schneider as Ben, Rachel Dratch as Mary (VO), Nicholas Coombe as Andy, Matreya Scarrwener as Dora and Erica Tremblay as Bunny.
Guest starring is Brett Pierce as Gabe, Jennifer Chu as Clara, Beau Han Bridge as Bandmate #1 and Wynston Charles Sanderson as Bandmate #2.
"Prom-Com" was written by Adam F. Goldberg, David Guarascio & Chris Bishop and directed by Richie Keen.
The live action/CGI hybrid comes from "The Goldbergs" team Adam F. Goldberg (writer/executive producer), David Guarascio (writer/executive producer) and Doug Robinson (executive producer). Mary CG animation is designed by Patrick Osborne (creator of Academy Award-winning animated short, "The Feast"), who is also executive producer. The pilot was directed by Shawn Levy ("Arrival," "Night at the Museum," "Cheaper by the Dozen"), who is also executive producer.
The series is a co-production with Sony Pictures Television, Happy Madison and ABC Studios.
