And from Iceland, Elaine Quijano investigates how the nation is slowly eliminating Down syndrome from its society. The country has a 100% abortion rate when prenatal tests come back positive for the condition. Quijano uncovers a larger trend across Europe and the medical and ethical implications. She also speaks with the parents of children with Down syndrome about what the country's policy means to them.
