THE JUNIOR CHEFS COOK MEALS INSPIRED BY THE HERITAGE OF THEIR FAMILIES ON AN ALL-NEW "MASTERCHEF" FRIDAY, MARCH 30, ON FOX

In this week's mystery box challenge, the junior home cooks must craft desserts using natural sweeteners in place of sugar. The winner will receive a sweet surprise and have his or her signature recipe featured in Family Circle magazine! Later, in an intense elimination challenge, each young cooks must prepare a dish inspired by his her family's heritage. It is then up to the judges to decide who stays and who goes home in the all-new "Junior Edition: No Sugar, Sugar" episode of MASTERCHEF airing Friday, March 30 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
