'20/20' REPORTS ON THE EXPLOSIVE TOM FALLIS MURDER TRIAL
'20/20' Airs Friday, Dec. 21 (10:01 - 11:00 p.m. EST), on ABC
"20/20" reports on Tom Fallis' explosive murder trial in Colorado, in which he was accused and acquitted of murdering his wife, Ashley Fallis, after her 2012 death was originally ruled a suicide. Ashley's mother, Jenna Fox, never believed her daughter killed herself and argued that since Tom worked for the county's sheriff department, the police never investigated her death properly. Jenna doggedly got a local news reporter to investigate the death, which eventually led to a new investigation and indictment. ABC News Correspondent Ryan Smith's report on the case features Tom's law enforcement interrogation tapes and interviews with key members of the police department at the center of the investigation. "20/20" airs Friday, Dec. 21 (10:01-11:00 p.m. EST), on ABC. (Rebroadcast. ABC OAD: 4/1/2016.)
"20/20" is anchored by David Muir and Amy Robach. David Sloan is senior executive producer.
