FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - "The Walking Dead" season nine continues on Sunday, March 10th at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. On the all-new episode, "Chokepoint," Daryl's daring rescue mission forces Alpha to unleash a group of her own to retrieve what belongs to her, even if the price is paid in blood. Meanwhile, the Kingdom's plans to reunite the communities is put in jeopardy. The episode is written by Eddie Guzelian and David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick and directed by Liesl Tommy.
The second half of "The Walking Dead" Season 9 finds our groups of survivors, both old and new, continuing to deal with the impact of events that took place during the six years that have passed. Since the disappearance of Rick, many of these characters have become strangers to each other, and in some ways, strangers to themselves. What they do know is that they are in undeniable danger. They will soon realize the world just beyond does not operate as they thought. The group's rules and ways of survival no longer guarantee their safety. A whole new threat has crossed their paths, and they soon discover it's unlike any threat they have encountered or endured before. The group will start to question what they think they see. What may appear to be normal in this post-apocalyptic world could actually be more disturbing and terrifying than when the apocalypse first broke out. All that is certain is the stakes are high and numerous.
Following the episode, viewers can catch an all-new episode of "Talking Dead" hosted by Chris Hardwick at 10:01 p.m. ET/PT, featuring "The Walking Dead" cast members Lauren Ridloff ("Connie") and Ryan Hurst ("Beta.")
Then late night, season 3 of "RIDE with Norman Reedus" continues on Sunday, March 10th with an all-new episode, "Lone Star State with Sean Patrick Flanery." Twenty years after "Boondock Saints" was released, co-stars Norman Reedus and Sean Patrick Flanery reunite and ride through the heart of Texas to hang out with influential tattoo artist Oliver Peck in Dallas.
"Ride with Norman Reedus" follows "The Walking Dead" star and motorcycle enthusiast Norman Reedus as he hits the open road to explore different cultures and experience the best scenery, food, nature, and local activities in the United States and around the world. Each episode features Reedus and a riding companion as they journey across an unknown terrain and experience the culture surrounding them... with plenty of time for unplanned detours and tire changes. "Ride with Norman Reedus" is produced by Left/Right ("This American Life," "The Circus," "James Cameron's Story of Science Fiction") with Ken Druckerman, Banks Tarver and Anneka Jones serving as Executive Producers along with Reedus.
