The Big Bread Experiment - Binge

This unique social experiment has one extraordinary ambition: to reunite a community of women in a Yorkshire town through bread. To help the baking group make the leap from village hall amateurs to professional bakers, they are mentored by professional artisan bakers. We follow the women through their journey to launch the local community bakery and discover that bread does indeed have the power to shape and connect people. (3 EPS, 2012)
