Suspecting an American hand in the abduction of Dawson (Matthew Steer, Les Misérables), Dalby (Tom Hollander, Pride & Prejudice) challenges General Cathcart by sending Harry (Joe Cole, Gangs of London, Peaky Blinders) and Jean (Lucy Boynton, Bohemian Rhapsody) to the neutron bomb test on a Pacific atoll. Harry soon follows a trail of clues into big trouble while Maddox (Ashley Thomas, Them) undermines Jean's trust in her colleague. With Dalby pursuing his own lethal mission to retrieve a female Russian defector, the duo are prey to the machinations of their supposed allies. As the test approaches and Harry confirms his boss' suspicions, he is accused of murder while Jean's orders leave her powerless to intervene.
