With Gordon and Lisa's teams set, the culinary entrepreneurs are tasked with kickstarting a brand-new business venture from zero to profit in just 24 hours. The profit-based challenge brings the teams to London's Battersea Power Station, where they must create a bespoke menu that they will then market and sell to a group of hungry customers.
