IT'S A FOOD TRUCK FACE OFF ON GORDON RAMSAY'S FOOD STARS THURSDAY, JULY 18, ON FOX

With Gordon and Lisa's teams set, the culinary entrepreneurs are tasked with kickstarting a brand-new business venture from zero to profit in just 24 hours. The profit-based challenge brings the teams to London's Battersea Power Station, where they must create a bespoke menu that they will then market and sell to a group of hungry customers. The team with the lowest profits must then face Gordon and Lisa and one entrepreneur will be sent home in the "The Bootcamp Begins" episode of Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars airing Thursday, July 18 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
