"Return to Base" - The SWAT team undertakes its final mission when a violent crew of ex-pat Russian mercenaries holds Los Angeles hostage after planting hundreds of hidden explosives across the city in a bid to extort the release of their brutal leader, Dmitri Rykov. When Rykov is brought to SWAT for safekeeping, SWAT HQ comes under attack, forcing Hondo and 20-Squad to fight for their very survival, in the second part of the two-hour series finale of S.W.A.T., Friday, May 16 (10:00-11:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*.

(from CBS's web site, October 2024) Starring Shemar Moore as Hondo, L.A. born and raised S.W.A.T. Sergeant who leads an elite tactical team in LA law enforcement. Torn between loyalty to his community and his brothers in blue, he works to bridge the divide between both worlds as he grapples with new parenthood. Rounding out 20-Squad are Deacon, Tan, Powell and "Miko” Alfaro. Finally, Commander Robert Hicks oversees all of Metro S.W.A.T. With Hondo leading the charge, this team put themselves at risk to save lives.
