MasterChef returns with an all-new global twist in "Masterchef: Global Gauntlet!" America's greatest home cooks step into the kitchen to represent their ethnic roots in hopes of becoming America's Next MasterChefs. In the spirit of the World Cup coming to America this summer, the competition brings the homecooks representing four worldwide regions to the MasterChef kitchen, where heritage, heart, and high stakes collide. Tonight, the spotlight is on Europe, as flavors and traditions from across the continent take center stage. Judges Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich, and Tiffany Derry continue their search for the best home cooks in America as contestants battle for coveted white aprons in the all-new "Auditions Day 1 (Europe)" season premiere episode of MasterChef: Global Gauntlet airing Wednesday, Apr 15 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. DESCRIPTION:
(from FOX's web site, May 2025) Entering its 14th season with an all-new theme, MasterChef: Generations sees culinary titan Gordon Ramsay, acclaimed chef Aarón Sánchez and renowned restaurateur Joe Bastianich returning for the ultimate cook-off, as the top home cooks from four generations (Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X and Baby Boomers) battle it out. The home cooks will face a multitude of cooking trials, including a restaurant takeover challenge, a series of iconic Mystery Box challenges, cooking a meal at the Major League Soccer LAFC stadium, and the fan-favorite Tag Team event, where they must create a Michelin-star quality three-course meal! Only one home cook will win it all and take home the cash prize of $250,000 and the title of America’s MasterChef. |
