DESCRIPTION:
(from A&E's press release) A&E Network is fast-tracking development on an original four-hour movie, titled BLACKOUT. The fictional miniseries will chronicle the dramatic consequences of a nationwide power grid failure, as it rolls from the heartland on to each coast, enveloping the nation in darkness, and bringing the country to its knees. A&E Network is developing the miniseries, BLACKOUT, in association with Sony Pictures Television. A&E Network plans to turn the lights off across the nation in 2005. |
