DESCRIPTION:
(from LMN's press release, December 2025) Twenty-two years after the murder of her mother, Emily still struggles with the loss. Eager to find both the killer and closure - she participates in a documentary on her mother's unsolved case against her father's wishes. But when a 17-year-old girl in her hometown is found killed in the same way her mother was and Emily's father is arrested, Emily is faced with the reality that he could be responsible for both murders. Upon returning home to help her dad with the sale of his house to finance his legal defense, Emily uncovers secrets that connect her mother to the dead girl. Determined to find the truth, she enlists the help of the documentarian, Noah, putting them both in the center of a dangerous web that stretches back to Emily's childhood.
