KEEGAN-MICHAEL KEY AND BROOKE D'ORSAY JOIN THE CAST OF "GARY UNMARRIED" BEGINNING WITH THE SECOND SEASON PREMIERE ON WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 23

LOS ANGELES, July 23 - Keegan-Michael Key and Brooke D'Orsay join the cast of GARY UNMARRIED beginning with the second season premiere on Wednesday, Sept. 23 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/ PT) on the CBS Television Network.

GARY UNMARRIED stars Jay Mohr and Paula Marshall in a comedy about Gary Brooks, a single painting contractor who's trying to pursue a career in radio, and his controlling ex-wife, Allison, as they continue to face post-divorce mayhem after 15 years of marriage. He's the fun parent and she's the strict one. Together, they share custody of their two children - Louise, a politically correct and environmentally conscious 12-year-old, and Tom, their socially awkward 15-year-old son who is nervous around girls. In pursuit of post-marriage happiness, Gary strives to balance his eclectic world of an ex-wife, their two kids and a budding new career, all while trying to find the perfect mate.

Keegan-Michael Key (cast member for six seasons on "MADtv") portrays Curtis, an old friend of Gary's who works at the radio station. Brooke D'Orsay ("Drop Dead Diva") will portray Sasha, the young, gorgeous - though slightly overwhelmed - station manager.

Ira Ungerleider, Rob DesHotel and James Burrows are the executive producers for ABC Studios in association with CBS Television Studios. Burrows will also direct the series.
