AHSOKA (Disney+) - Ray Stevenson has been cast in the latest "Star Wars" live-action series as "an admiral... although, not Thrawn." (THR.com)
ART IN BLOOM WITH HELEN DEALTRY/MAGNOLIA TABLE WITH JOANNA GAINES/RESTORING GALVESTON (Magnolia Network) - The cable channel has renewed "Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines" for a sixth season, "Art in Bloom with Helen Dealtry" for a second season and DIY transplant "Restoring Galveston" for a fourth season. Additionally, the network has commissioned five new series: "A Home Away" (6x60, Big Table Media) with husband-and-wife design team Bryan and Catherine Williamson; "Beach Cottage Chronicles" (12x15, BFD Productions) which explores the intentional architecture and inspired design behind beautiful beach cottages and lakeside retreats; "Handcrafted Hotels" (4x30, Blind Nil) following a hotelier and team of artists; "Home Stories with Kate and Amy" (7x30, Anchor Entertainment) with stylist-photographer duo Kate Martindale and Amy Neunsinger; and "Untitled Bryan Ford Baking Project" (6x30, Frank) with professional baker Bryan Ford. BAD MONKEY/SHRINKING/TED LASSO (Apple TV+) - Emmy winner Bill Lawrence has closed a new five-year overall deal with Warner Bros. Television Group valued at more than $100 million. The pact will keep his Doozer banner based at the studio through 2028. (Deadline.com)
BLADE RUNNER 2099 (Amazon, New!) - Ridley Scott is attached to executive produce a live-action series set in the "Blade Runner" universe at the streamer, billed as "a follow-up to the feature film sequel Blade Runner 2049." Silka Luisa is penning the project, a co-production of Scott Free Productions, Alcon Entertainment and Amazon Studios. Andrew Kosove, Broderick Johnson, Michael Green, Ben Roberts, Cynthia Yorkin, David W. Zucker and Clayton Krueger also serve as executive producers. (Deadline.com)
CHARMED (The CW) - Shi Ne Nielson is slated to recur on the new season as Roxie, "the mercurial owner of the Blue Camellia, a mysterious bar with an emotional history that caters to a dangerous collection of magical miscreants. Part fixer, part-confidant to those who drink at her establishment, part heartbroken hero…Roxie is the keeper of many secrets... including her own. CSI: VEGAS (CBS) - Marg Helgenberger has closed a one-year deal to reprise her role of Catherine Willows on the series' second season. (Deadline.com)
FIREFLY LANE/GREASE: RISE OF THE PINK LADIES (Netflix/Paramount+) - Chris McNally has scored recurring roles on both series. On the former, he'll play Mr. Waverly, "a charismatic new English teacher who pushes Kate and Tully out of their comfort zones and inspires them to reach for new heights." FLEISHMAN IS IN TROUBLE (FX on Hulu) - Joy Suprano is the latest bound for the Jesse Eisenberg-led limited series in a yet-to-be-revealed role. (Deadline.com)
KHAN: THE SERIES (FOX, New!) - Writer Chris Collins and director Sergei Bodrov are spearheading an epic action series at the network "based on the best-selling book "Genghis Khan and the Making of the Modern World" by Jack Weatherford, and will focus on the largest contiguous empire in human history and its iconic creator." Alexander Rodnyansky (AR Content), Leslie Greif (Big Dreams Entertainment), Stuart Manashil (Novo Entertainment), and Michael Kupisk (AR Content) will also executive produce. (Variety.com)

RETREAT (FX) - The Emma Corrin-led limited series has cast Clive Owen as Andy; Harris Dickinson as Bill; Alice Braga as Sian; Jermaine Fowler as Martin; Joan Chen as Lu Mei; Raul Esparza as David; Edoardo Ballerini as Ray; Pegah Ferydoni as Ziba; Ryan J. Haddad as Oliver; and Javed Khan as Rohan with the previously announced Brit Marling as Lee. No other character details were given. (Deadline.com)
TALES OF THE WALKING DEAD (AMC) - Daniella Pineda has scored a role on the franchise's anthology series. No specifics about her character were given. (Variety.com)
THREE WOMEN (Showtime) - Husband-and-wife duo Brían F. O'Byrne and Heather Goldenhersh have been cast in the upcoming drama as Mark and Arlene Wilkin, "a religious married couple who live in Fargo, North Dakota with their daughter Maggie (played by Gabrielle Creevy). O'Byrne's character Mark is loving but suffers from alcoholism, while Goldenhersh's character Arlene is described as loving, warm and wry-humored." (Variety.com)
