2024-25 SEASON BROADCAST SERIES (Various) - Episodic commitments have been confirmed for the following series this season: "9-1-1" (18), "Brilliant Minds" (13), "Doctor Odyssey" (18), "Elsbeth" (20), "Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage" (22), "Grey's Anatomy" (18), "High Potential" (13), "Matlock" (18), "NCIS: Origins" (18), "Poppa's House" (18), "Rescue HI-Surf" (19), and "Tracker" (20). ALL AMERICAN (The CW) - Elijah M. Cooper will recur in the new season as Yasi, "the quarterback at South Crenshaw High." (Deadline.com, 11/14)
BLACK SNOW (Sundance Now) - Co-star Travis Fimmel will make his directorial debut in the final episode of the show's second season. (Deadline.com, 11/11)
BOSCH: LEGACY/JUDY JUSTICE/NEIGHBOURS/TRIBUNAL JUSTICE (Freevee) - Amazon's free, ad-supported video on demand streaming service "will be phased out over the coming weeks." It's understood its content, "which already has migrated and is available on Prime Video, will remain there, with new episodes of Freevee shows as well as older originals staying in front of the paywall and available to non-Prime customers." CLEANING LADY, THE (FOX) - Yancey Arias will recur on the upcoming season as Neto, "a hitman and high-ranking member of the cartel. First appearing in the season premiere, Neto is described as an intimidating sicario, but he's also a father figure to Jorge (Santiago Cabrera), who Neto taught to use guns and kill animals at a young age." Additionally, newcomer Khalen Roman Sanchez has joined the cast as Thony's young son, Luca. He'll succeed twins Sebastien and Valentino LaSalle who played said role for the show's first three seasons. (TVLine.com, 11/11)
ELSBETH (CBS) - Sullivan Jones, Ioan Gruffudd and Alan Ruck are bound for the show's sophomore run. Jones will recur as Cameron Clayden, "a handsome medical examiner in New York." Gruffudd guest stars as Angus, "a handsome Scottish artist who witnesses a murder in New York through a video art installation that connects to his small Scottish town." And Ruck will guest star as Peter and Bill Henderson, "twins known for their dominance in the hedge fund space after growing up working class in Queens." (Deadline.com, 11/15)
EUPHORIA (HBO) - Production on the long-in-the-works third season of the series, consisting of eight episodes, will begin in "mid- to late January." (TVLine.com, 11/12)
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS (NBC) - Universal Television is looking to reboot the football drama with the show's original executive producers Jason Katims, Pete Berg and Brian Grazer. Said report adds: "It's believed to be a new story, still set in the world of high school football, with new characters rather than the previous cast, which featured Kyle Chandler, Connie Britton, Taylor Kitsch and Jesse Plemons." GOTHICTOWN (AMC, New!) - Abby Ajayi is looking to bring Emily Carpenter's forthcoming horror novel to the small screen at the cable channel: "An eerie, grounded family horror story coming up for publication on March 25, 2025, Gothictown follows Billie Hope, a New York City restaurateur who relocates her family to the quaint town of Juliana, Georgia, drawn by an irresistible offer: a Victorian home for only $100 and a grant to open a new restaurant. The "Juliana Initiative," designed to revitalize the town post-pandemic, seems like the perfect opportunity for a fresh start and a new business venture. However, once Billie and her family settle in, an unsettling undercurrent beneath Juliana's Southern charm starts to creep into her life. While she tries to brush off her suspicions as mere misgivings, the town's eerie atmosphere and hidden darkness grow impossible to ignore. Billie soon realizes that Juliana might be holding her family captive in more ways than one, and escaping might not be as simple as she thought." HARRY POTTER LIVE-ACTION SERIES (HBO) - Mark Rylance is "at the top of the casting wishlist" for Dumbledore on the franchise's TV incarnation. (Variety.com, 11/11)
KANSAS CITY STAR (HBO, New!) - Kaley Cuoco is attached to star in a half-hour project which is expected to get a series order from the pay channel described as "a comedy with heart starring Cuoco as a semi-famous actress who returns to her hometown to work with a regional theater troupe." "Hacks" creators Lucia Aniello, Paul W. Downs and Jen Statsky are penning the script with all four will executive producing for Yes, Norman Productions, First Thought Productions, Paulilu Productions and Warner Bros. Television. LANTERNS (HBO) - Poorna Jagannathan will recur on the DC Comics series as Zoe, "who is effortlessly confident and poised in any setting, even those where she stands out. She is every bit as composed and cunning of the influential men around her." (Deadline.com, 11/15)

MARGO'S GOT MONEY TROUBLES (Apple TV+) - Thaddea Graham has been cast in the Elle Fanning-led series as Susie, "Margo's roommate." (Deadline.com, 11/11)
MURDER BEFORE EVENSONG (Acorn TV, New!) - Nick Hicks-Beach is spearheading an adaptation of Reverend Richard Coles' bestselling book at the streamer, which "introduces Canon Daniel Clement, a rector of Champton who becomes embroiled in a murder case when a cousin to the church's patron is found stabbed in the neck with a pair of secateurs." Coles is expected to serve as an executive producer alongside Hicks-Beach and The Lighthouse's Radford Neville. (Deadline.com, 11/12)
PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS (Disney+) - Oscar-nominee Andra Day has been cast as Athena, "the Greek Goddess of Wisdom and Annabeth's mom," in the upcoming second season of the series. (@percyseries, 11/10)
POKER FACE (Peacock) - The latest guest stars to drop by the upcoming season include Awkwafina, Corey Hawkins, Simon Rex and Cliff "Method Man" Smith. (Deadline.com, 11/12)

TASK (HBO) - Martha Plimpton and Mireille Enos have officially been cast in Brad Ingelsby's upcoming drama series. Plimpton plays Kathleen McGinty, "the FBI Supervisory Senior Resident in Charge, a career agent who recruits Tom to head up the Task Force just as she learns that she is being forced to retire." And Enos plays Susan Brandis, "Tom's loving wife and the heart and soul of the family. She and Tom married young and is the reason he left the priesthood." (Deadline.com, 11/12)
TOMB RAIDER (Amazon) - Sophie Turner is in negotiations to star as the title character (a.k.a. Lara Croft) in Amazon MGM Studios' series adaptation of the video game franchise. (Deadline.com, 11/14)
TRIBUNAL JUSTICE (Amazon) - The daily court show has been renewed for a third season in advance of its second season launch in early 2025. Additionally, distributor Sox Entertainment plans to roll out the series in broadcast syndication in fall 2025, one year earlier than previously announced. (Deadline.com, 11/14)
WEDNESDAY (Netflix) - Lady Gaga will visit the show's second season in a yet-to-be-revealed capacity. (EW.com, 11/13)
