CHICAGO (thefutoncritic.com) -- "The Chris Matthews Show" will keep on talking for the 2003-2004 season distributor NBC Enterprises announced yesterday, with clearances in 80% of the country.
The series recently finished the February sweeps period with a 2.3 household rating and has improved its season average by a startling 122% since its September bow. Also during the sweep, it topped CBS� "Face The Nation," and "Fox News Sunday" in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Washington D.C. and many other top markets. It also beat ABC�s "This Week" in Boston, Miami, Washington D.C. and more than a dozen other major markets.
