LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- Bravo has firmed up its summer plans, including the premiere date of "Things I Hate About You" as well as the debuts of several movies and specials.
Here's a breakdown of all the cable channel's plans, given via press release this afternoon:
ORIGINAL PROGRAMMING TO INCLUDE SEASON TWO OF 'CELEBRITY POKER SHOWDOWN,' 'BLOWOUT' AND 'THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU'
This summer, Bravo will air an exciting slate of original programs, specials and new movie premieres, as well as its first-ever coverage of the Olympic Games this August. From original programming such as season two of "Celebrity Poker Showdown" and unscripted salon series "Blow Out," to the Bravo premiere of hit movies like "Office Space," Bravo is sure to keep its summer 2004 programming hot.

LAS VEGAS LIVE!
Premieres Sunday, May 16 9:00 - 11:00 p.m. ET
Siegfried & Roy, Cirque du Soleil�s O, Tropicana�s Follies Bergere: They are the names that are synonymous with the neon desert oasis known as Sin City. "Las Vegas Live!" peels back the velvet curtain and digs deep into what makes these megashows and the city itself tick. Featuring live performances from famous headliners including the �King of Las Vegas� Wayne Newton, archival footage and interviews with the key players and pros, this two-hour special presents the Las Vegas you haven�t seen before. From its gangster past to its family-friendly present, it�s real, it�s raw and it�s live!
TV REVOLUTION
Premieres Sunday, May 23 9:00 - 10:00 p.m. ET
Television is the most powerful medium of American culture, reflecting and fueling social change. This 5-part series explores television�s impact, including in-depth looks at the expanding portrayal of lifestyles and relationships, the depiction of crime and other action images through the years, as well as the evolution of roles for minorities and women. Highlights from TV�s greatest shows will include: "Will & Grace," "Ellen," "Dynasty," "All in the Family," "Hill Street Blues," "L.A. CELEBRITY POKER SHOWDOWN - SEASON TWO
Premieres Thursday, May 27 9:00 - 11:00 p.m. ET
Comedic actor Dave Foley has signed on as the new host of Bravo's "Celebrity Poker Showdown." The new twelve episode season will feature Foley along with returning expert commentator, poker champion Phil Gordon. The second season of "Celebrity Poker Showdown" will be much like the first, however it will consist of two separate tournaments of twenty-five celebrities. Each week, five stars of television, film, music and sports will compete against each other for a piece of the $250,000 prize pool in a game of No Limit Texas Hold'em poker for the charity of their choice. Featuring stars such as Matthew Perry, Star Jones, country music star Travis Tritt, Hank Azaria, and Jennie Garth, the winner from each week's game will go on to compete in the championship final sixth episode. The tournament will then begin all over again, with a whole new batch of celebrities.
BLOW OUT
Premieres Tuesday, June 8 9:00 - 10:00 p.m. ET
Who said looks aren�t important? Certainly no one in Hollywood! From the creator of NBC�s hit "The Restaurant" comes "Blow Out" -- an unscripted series that takes an unprecedented look at the demands and pressures of opening and running a salon in the heart of chic Beverly Hills, where glamour and beauty are the business of the day. "Blow Out" will follow renowned hairstylist, Jonathan Antin - whose high-profile clients include Madonna, Jewel, Kirsten Dunst, Alicia Silverstone, Tiger Woods and Tobey Maguire - on his quest to establish a new salon as a prominent player in an already incredibly competitive marketplace.
INSIDE THE ACTORS STUDIO: 10TH ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL

The signature Bravo original series hosted by James Lipton, now in its 10th season, offers the best lineup of exclusive interviews with today's most accomplished stars of film and television in the series' history. Bravo recently achieved the highest ratings in the show's history with guest Barbra Streisand. The network will celebrate the anniversary with a special featuring host James Lipton and highlights from the past 10 years. "Inside the Actors Studio" is produced by Alice Christian and John Servidio for Betelgeuse, executive produced by James Lipton for In the Moment Productions.
THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU

"Things I Hate About You," based on the BBC2 series "Five Things I Hate About You," is a reality show that takes a funny, intelligent look at the psychology of modern relationships. Each episode features one couple given the chance to prove - once and for all - which partner is the more irritating person with whom to live. Armed with personal video cameras, couples become documentarians as they seek to capture their partner�s foibles on film. "Things I Hate About You" gets to the heart of what makes relationships tick.
