2004 Broadcast Upfront Presentations: Fox, Part 1

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- FOX has released several images of its new projects prior to its upfront presentation on Thursday.

Here's a look at each, listed alphabetically according to series:

AMERICAN DAD -- From "Family Guy" creator SETH MacFARLANE comes the animated story of STAN SMITH, who works for the CIA and is constantly on the alert for terrorist activity. Stan will go to extremes to protect his beloved America from harm in the new FOX animated series AMERICAN DAD premiering on FOX.

ATHENS -- Josh Schwartz, the creator of THE O.C., brings us a new drama set in the New England community of Athens, where the rich outsiders and the local townies create a volatile environment where everything is possible in Athens, premiering on FOX.

THE BILLIONAIRE: BRANSON�S QUEST FOR THE BEST -- Sir Richard Branson (pictured), billionaire, global adventurer, world record-setter, entrepreneur and Founder/Chairman of the Virgin Group of Companies, is searching for an extrordinary individual who has the right stuff to follow in his footsteps. See which participants can handle the unique challenges Branson has in store for them in THE BILLIONAIRE: BRANSON'S QUEST FOR THE BEST, a one-hour unscripted drama series premiering on FOX.

THE CASINO -- Tom Breitling (L) and Tim Poster (R) take over The Golden Nugget in Las Vegas and attempt to bring it back to it's glory days in THE CASINO premiering on Monday, June 14 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

HOUSE -- A brilliant team of doctors provides a new take on mystery, where the villain is a medical malady and the hero is a doctor who trusts no one, least of all his patients, in the new one-hour drama HOUSE premiering on FOX.

THE INSIDE -- Agent Sean Eckhardt (Peter Facinelli, L) tries to protect Elizabeth/Danny (Rachel Nichols, R) as she goes undercover as a teenager on THE INSIDE, premiering on FOX.

JONNY ZERO -- Living somewhere between the temptations of his past and his desire to win back the trust of his family is Jonny Calvo (Franky G, C), the everyman hero of JONNY ZERO from Executive Producer John Wells ("ER" and "The West Wing") premiering this fall on FOX. THE JURY -- THE JURY, an intense courtroom drama from the award-winning producers of �Oz� and �Homicide: Life on the Street,� will premiere with back-to-back episodes on Tuesday, June 8 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

KELSEY GRAMMER PRESENTS: THE SKETCH SHOW -- Following critical and commercial success in the UK, THE SKETCH SHOW is coming to FOX. This half-hour sketch comedy show filled with quick-fire puns, gags and fast-paced sketches will premiere on FOX.

METHOD & RED -- Popular hip-hop moguls Method Man (second from R) and Redman (second from L) give new meaning to the phrase "won't you be my neighbor" when they move to an affluent, gated community in METHOD & RED premiering Wednesday, June 16 (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. THE NEXT GREAT CHAMP -- Oscar De La Hoya mentors boxers to become fighters as FOX searches for THE NEXT GREAT CHAMP premiering on FOX.

On This night, FOX will air a special bonus episode (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) and the regularly-scheduled episode (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT).
