RAY LIOTTA CHECKS INTO 'ER' BURBANK, Calif. -- September 2, 2004 -- Ray Liotta will guest star in an episode of "ER" shot in real time; the first episode to shoot in real time in the ten-year history of the series. Liotta will play an alcoholic ex-convict who checks into the ER suffering from withdrawal and hallucinations. Over the course of the episode, viewers will see his treatment and interaction with the staff, as well as whether he will live or die, all in real time. This episode is currently scheduled to air in November and will be directed by executive producer Christopher Chulack. Liotta was recently seen in "Identity," "Narc" and "John Q."
