Worldwide Pants Incorporated, which produces CBS' THE LATE LATE SHOW, announced that actors Tom Arnold and Aisha Tyler will take their turns at the helm of the program next week, following LATE LATE SHOW head writer Mike Gibbons, who will close out this week's guest-hosted programs.
Tyler, who hosted Talk Soup for two seasons and had a recurring role as Ross' girlfriend Charlie on Friends, will host the program on Monday, October 4th. Arnold, who has hosted The Best Damn Sports Show Period since 2001, will host the LATE LATE SHOW on Tuesday, October 5th. Gibbons, who has written for the LATE LATE SHOW for five years and has been an on-camera comedy fixture for the program, will host this Friday, October 1st.
Guests for these programs include Scrubs actor John C. McGinley (Friday) and NFL coaching legend Mike Ditka (Tuesday). THE LATE LATE SHOW will continue with its guest-host format until a permanent replacement for five-year host Craig Kilborn is in place, through the end of October.
THE LATE LATE SHOW broadcasts weeknights (12:37-1:37 AM, ET/PT) following the LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN. Both shows are productions of Worldwide Pants Incorporated.
