'QUEER EYE' TAKES A HOLIDAY AS THE 'MANHUNT' BEGINS TUESDAYS AT 10:00 PM STARTING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12
BRAVO TO AIR ALL NEW QUEER EYE THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SPECIALS
New York -- October 12, 2004 -- After cleaning up a battalion of straight guys, starting a cultural revolution, and winning an Emmy for their efforts, Carson, Thom, Jai, Kyan and Ted begin a well-deserved break. Starting Tuesday, October 12, "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy's" 10:00 p.m. slot will be taken over by a different group of guys: maybe ones with tighter abs, but much less finesse when it comes to accessorizing. "Manhunt: The Search for America's Most Gorgeous Male Model" will carry out its 8-episode run starting this Tuesday. 'Queer Eye' returns for an all-new season early next year.
For those who can't imagine the next few months without the Fab Five, never fear. Bravo will air the following 'Queer Eye' specials:
ELECTION NIGHT SPECIAL:
This Election Day, Bravo invites voters to take a respite from the polls and watch one last original episode of 'Queer Eye' before the New Year. On Tuesday, November 2 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT, The Fab 5 tackle Steve P, a divorcee who's finally met a new woman after 5 single years.
VERY QUEER THANKSGIVING SPECIAL:
"A Very Queer Eye Thanksgiving" premieres Tuesday, November 23rd at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. Famous for their "hip tips" and quick wit, no matter - and we mean this literally - how hairy the situation, the Fab Five are known for the charming grace and caring they give each of their subjects. This theme will carry forward in "A Very Queer Eye Thanksgiving" when the Fab 5 make surprise house calls to check up on straight guys from the past season.
VERY QUEER CHRISTMAS SPECIAL:
Tis the season to be well dressed, well groomed, and made-better! In this year's "A Very Queer Eye Christmas" special Carson, Ted, Thom, Kyan, and Jai spend the holiday tackling one family's bad decorations, gifting needs, and Christmas clich?s. A surprise ending makes this episode a stocking stuffer for the whole family. Premieres December 7th at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.
