CHAD MICHAEL MURRAY HITS THE FOOTBALL FIELD TO BENEFIT JIM KELLEY'S HUNTER'S HOPE FOUNDATION AND THE COASTAL POP WARNER LEAGUE

Burbank, CA - October 20, 2004

Chad Michael Murray, star of The WB's hit television series ONE TREE HILL has organized a charity football game on October 23 in Wilmington, North Carolina to raise money for Hunter's Hope and the Coastal Pop Warner League. The cast of ONE TREE HILL will be joining him in an effort to raise money for these two worthy organizations. Cingular Wireless has extended their relationship with The WB and ONE TREE HILL by sponsoring the first annual Chad Michael Murray's All Star Touchdown for Kids.

Established in 1997 by Pro Football Hall of Fame member and former Buffalo Bills Quarterback, Jim Kelly, and his wife, Jill, after their infant son, Hunter, was diagnosed with Krabbe Leukodystrophy, an inherited and fatal nervous system disease. Hunter's Hope is the Kelly's life-long commitment to increase public awareness for leukodystrophies as well as to increase the likelihood of early detection and treatment. Their ultimate goal is to raise money to fund research efforts to identify new treatments, therapies, and a cure for Krabbe and other leukodystrophies.

The Coastal Pop Warner Youth Program aids in providing financially disadvantaged youth with an opportunity to participate in sports-related activities. The program provides financial aid to players, cheerleaders, coaching staff, officials and more. Pop Warner programs target abused and neglected kids who are at risk for becoming involved in drugs, gangs, delinquency, and academic failure. The leagues provide kids with the opportunity to enhance their self-esteem, improve academic performance and build positive relationships with their peers and community.

In addition to his role on ONE TREE HILL, Murray recently starred as Prince Charming in Warner Bros' "A Cinderella Story," opposite Hilary Duff. Additionally, he will star as the lead in Joel Silver's remake of "House Of Wax," opposite Elisha Cuthbert, due in theaters next year. Murray also co-starred in Disney's critically acclaimed remake of "Freaky Friday," opposite Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan.

Cingular Wireless supports both Hunter's Hope and the Coastal Pop Warner League. In addition to its sponsorship, Cingular will set up interactive tents where game attendees can make free wireless calls, test their skills on the latest wireless games, and even take pictures with Cingular's newest selection of camera phones.

The football game will be held at Ashley High School in Wilmington, North Carolina. Festivities begin at 12:00 p.m. with a kick-off at 3:00 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the door. Proceeds will be split evenly between the two charities. Prizes will be raffled off and the cast will be on hand to meet their fans.
