THE POTPOURRI IS ABOUT TO HIT THE FAN!

CBS REVEALS THE IDENTITIES OF THE POTENTIAL GREAT STYLE MAKERS OF TOMORROW

CBS's New Reality Series "Wickedly Perfect," Hosted By Joan Lunden, Premieres Thursday, January 6, 8:00-9:00 PM

Chef Bobby Flay, Stylist David Evangelista and Author Candace Bushnell To Judge The Competition

CBS today unveiled the identities of the potential next great style makers of tomorrow participating in WICKEDLY PERFECT, a new reality series that will premiere on Thursday, Jan. 6 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. vHosted by Emmy Award-winning journalist Joan Lunden, WICKEDLY PERFECT pits 12 people with a creative knack for the finer things in life in a no-holds-barred competition to crown the country's new authority on at-home living. These perfection-obsessed contestants, whose motto is "anything you can do, I can do better," will compete in different areas of beautifying the home and entertaining, including party planning, gardening, cooking, baking, sewing, crafts, floral arranging and decorating. In addition to chronicling the sometimes funny, sometimes factious, relationships that develop among these tightly wound, extremely competitive participants, each week a contestant will be eliminated from their luxurious estate located in New England.

The winner will receive numerous prizes, including six appearances on "The Early Show" on CBS, a development deal for a lifestyle-oriented television show and a publishing deal with Atria Books, a division of Simon & Schuster.

Following are the 12 perfectionists:

AMY GUGLIELMO
New York City
Age: 32
Married
Art Studio Owner
Hobbies: painting, entertaining and gardening
Favorite Dinner Party Conversation Topic: I love to gossip about TV, friends, food and sex. Religion and money are off limits.
Favorite Foods: Black truffle risotto, my Mama's meatballs, grape soda and s'mores.
Handmade Object That You Are Most Proud Of: I make everything in my house, from lampshades out of rice paper and duvet covers out of antique curtains, to hand-bound leather journals. I am most proud of a tiny painting that I made of a tiny house that I use to cover a tiny hole in the wall.

DARLENE CAHILL
Newport Richey, Fla.
Age: 46
Married, 1 child
Home Shopping Network Host
Hobbies: designing and decorating other people's homes
Favorite Dinner Party Conversation Topic: I try to steer the conversation around the person the party is for: recent travels, activities, future plans, dreams, etc. No porn movies.
Favorite Foods: Sushi, any kind of poultry, seafood, grilled veggies, cheese, fruit, custards, Mexican and French
Handmade Object That You Are Most Proud Of: I made my dining room into a French Bistro. I tiled the floor to look like outdoor cobblestones and found iron railing in a salvage yard. I framed all of the art myself, made a canopy that I installed over the French door, and made all of the toile tablecloths, chair covers and napkins. It's the most talked about room in the house!

DAWN SCHEDULE

Favorite Foods: Lobster, shake 'n' bake pork chops, Indian, soups and any and all Hostess products.
Handmade Object That You Are Most Proud Of: My boys' bedrooms. One has a surf theme and the other has a sports theme.

HEATHER SHRAKE

Favorite Dinner Party Conversation Topic: Updates on projects that anyone I care about is doing. I do not like gossip.
Favorite Foods: anything Mexican, pizza, cookies, cakes and green chilis on everything.
Handmade Object That You Are Most Proud Of: From a blank piece of wood, I cut out a figure of two women standing next to each other, sanded it, and drilled the appropriate holes for the wires to hang it later. After sanding the piece, I painted it, shellacked it, put hair on the women and then put the wire in to hang it. All from basically a tree trunk!
