'Sci Fi Friday' Shows Unstoppable Growth

Best 'Battlestar Galactica' Performance Yet

New York, NY (February 7, 2005) - The biggest night of sci-fi on television keeps getting bigger. The February 4 broadcasts of the unstoppable 'SCI FI Friday' - SCI FI's Friday night trio of hit original series - led the Channel to its fourth consecutive week at #1 for cable (8-11pm) among P25-54 and M25-54. SCI FI also claimed the Top 3 programs among M25-54 with 'Battlestar Galactica' (#1), 'Stargate Atlantis' (#2) and 'Stargate SG-1' (#3).

'Battlestar Galactica' had its best performance to date with "You Can't Go Home Again." The second half of a two-part cliffhanger, the show delivered more viewers (3.2 million P2+) than any previous episode and hit record highs among: P18-49 (2.0 million), P18-34 (781,000) and P25-54 (2.3 million).

The episode also set new Channel records for P25-54 and P18-49 for first quarter, as well as a new record for SCI FI original series performance among P18-34 (781,000).

SCI FI showed marked growth across all three 'SCI FI Friday' series. Following is a breakdown of the night.
