�LIVING WITH FRAN'S� RATINGS GROW IN ALL KEY DEMOS FROM 8:30 P.M. TO 9:30 P.M. AS NEW SERIES RETAINS NEARLY ALL OF ITS �REBA� LEAD-IN

The WB's �Fran-tastic� Friday lived up to its name as a double dose of new comedy LIVING WITH FRAN led the network to a #1 rank from 8-10 p.m. in its key demos of adults 18-34 (1.5/6), persons 12-34 (1.4/6), women 18-34 (2.1/8) and women 12-34 (1.9/7).

LIVING WITH FRAN GREW IN EVERY KEY DEMO from its 8:30 p.m. ET premiere to its second episode, which began at 9:30 p.m. ET, proving to be the perfect companion piece for The WB's top-rated comedy REBA. The new comedy scored the second-highest ratings of the season in the 9:30-10:00 p.m. ET time period for the network among adults 18-34 (1.6/6), persons 12-34 (1.5/6), women 18-49 (2.5/7) and total viewers (4.4 million), while equaling the season best in adults 18-49 (1.8/6). Because of the outstanding performance, LIVING WITH FRAN has permanently earned the post-REBA time period on Fridays from 9:30-10:00 p.m. ET.

LIVING WITH FRAN retained 94% of its REBA lead-in among adults 18-34 and persons 12-34, 95% of its adult 18-49 rating and 93% of its total audience.

LIVING WITH FRAN achieved #2 among ranks all shows at 9:30 p.m. in every 12-34 demos as well as adults 18-34, women 18-34 and women 18-49. LIVING WITH FRAN improved the 9:30 p.m. ET time period compared to the parallel week last season in all 18-34, 12-34 and 18-49 demos including +78% in adults 18-34, +82% in women 18-34, +67% in persons 12-34, +100% in adults 18-49 and +150% in women 18-49.
